Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed no more than 3 lessons and have not submitted any graded work or attempted the certification exam. Email [email protected] with your registered email and PayU transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. After 7 days, or once the certification exam has been attempted, fees are non-refundable.
